Offer to Purchase Terms

By sending an order through this web site you are placing an offer to purchase selected products at the prices shown on this web site. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase for whatever reason, including out of date pricing, inability to supply stock, and incorrect freight calculations. Where a problem occurs, we will contact you and provide you with your options. We will not debit your credit card until we are happy that we can supply your order at the agreed pricing. Processing of your payment and shipping of the goods indicates our acceptance of your offer to purchase.


Duties & Taxes

Purchases delivered within Australia will be subject to the Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). All prices shown include GST.

Purchases from other countries where the goods leave Australia are exempt from the Australian GST; however other duties and/or taxes may apply specific to the country of import. The buyer is liable for these charges and will be charged by the courier on delivery.

Packing and Insurance

All items are packed to a very high standard. All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non-delivery. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us to arrange a refund/exchange or replacement.


Delivery Time Frame

Once we have processed your order, we will send you an email to confirm that the order is complete and that the items are despatched. The average time for your order to be delivered to you is 3 - 14 days from confirmation of your delivery address and payment details received.

Delivery Charges

Delivery, packaging and insurance charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the item(s), destination address and method of delivery you choose at the checkout stage of purchasing. These charges will be emailed to you. After selecting your items for purchase, proceed to the checkout area and select your delivery options to be presented with your delivery charge amounts. Where delivery costs need to be sourced these will be advised subsequently and then you can ratify your order to proceed.

Cancellations and Returns

Please choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, damaged in transit, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown. You can cancel an un-sent order by email, phone or fax. See our contact details for these.

In all cases, if you wish to return an item you have bought from us, you must advise us within 3 days after you purchase or receive the item. In all cases, returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition. You can contact us  by email, phone or fax.

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown, you can return it, and we will reimburse you for the full value of the item, plus shipping costs.

If you have changed your mind or made a wrong decision, we may, at our discretion, accept the item back, subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs wil be your responsibility. You may be able to return the item using "return to sender" at no additional charge. Contact us for more information.

The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
